Hi, my name is Ron and I started this group in response to the rising cost of everything today. I want it to be a forum, a place to express youself,to vent and to brainstorm in order to find a solutions to ease some of our everyday financial burdens. No matter what the government and media say, we are in a recession or tight times. Even the world's richest man Warren Buffet says" The United States is already in a recession and it will be longer as well as deeper than many people expect". We know that our money is not going that far these days. If you do not believe it all you have to do is go to fill at your local gas station. Or shop at your local food store. And for some trying to pay your rent or mortgage is a struggle. Along with rising medical costs, tuition and day care for out children. More of us are feeling the strain to make ends meet. But with the help of the Internet we now have the ability to share information on various topics. What I am looking to do with this site is to use this technology to poll members about what their stories and what they are doing to save money.I am looking for some legitimate ideas and methods we can apply to ease the financial squeeze. Group members are encouraged to suggest their ideas and proven solutions. Please only legitimate methods, anything that is questionable, illegal or would be harmful to any other member will be deleted. We are also looking for smart methods, new ideas and opportunities for small investors to make money. Along with programs and links for job opportunities, real work from home business opportunities, career training, schools and other ways to educate or retrain members interested in a new career. I want this to be a group that people go to for answers. Let’s work together to get through this financial crisis. And have fun helping each other.
